Birthday Reflections in my 30s

Since I turned 30 a few years ago🙂,well women don't tell their age,I always share my life lessons in the year on birthday.So today I share these lessons.

1. Knowledge is power, and in the NGO world, it is essential to stay informed and up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies for effective knowledge management. Stay curious, read widely, network, attend conferences and workshops, and seek out mentors Selma Hilgersom _You have shown me that curiosity doesn't kill the cat necessarily,curiosity makes the cat wiser😁.Choose role models that can guide and inspire you Sandra van Soelen Iam inspired to learn to not only to set goals but set systems with actionable strategies for better results.Hanifah Kasule Rashidah Kulanyi you ladies 😉 make the ideal world of a career mother possible.

2. Since I am also a bee keeper,🤗 beekeeping is hard work, but incredibly rewarding. As a beekeeper, you learn patience, attention to detail, and the importance of caring for the environment. Be prepared to make mistakes, and learn from them. Take pride in the honey you produce, and share it with others.

3. Spiritual growth is a lifelong journey. I have learned to rely on God's wisdom, guidance, and strength to face life's challenges. Prayer, reading the Bible, fellowship with other believers, and serving others are all essential to growing in grace and wisdom.

4. Motherhood is a joy and a privilege. Raising boys has taught me the importance of patience, discipline, and unconditional love. Be present for your children, listen to them, encourage them to pursue their dreams, and above all, let them know they are loved.Thank you Selma Hilgersom for your tip.

5. Balancing career, personal interests, and family responsibilities can be challenging, but it is possible with good time management, prioritization, and self-care. Set realistic goals, delegate tasks, and take breaks to recharge and refresh your body, mind, and soul. Remember to celebrate your accomplishments, big and small, and keep moving forward with purpose and passion.
